What areas of my yard do you clean?
We thoroughly clean all areas of your property where dog waste is present, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, and other commonly used areas.
Do you service yards year-round?
Yes! We provide dog waste removal services all year long. Even during winter months, our team continues servicing yards whenever conditions allow.
How do you help keep my dogs safe?
We clean and disinfect equipment and footwear between each yard using a kennel-grade disinfectant. We also secure gates and provide a photo after service, and all employees are background checked.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have access to your yard, you do not need to be home. We’ll send a reminder about an hour before arrival, and you can update your client portal with gate locations and special instructions.
Can my dogs be outside during service?
Friendly dogs may remain outside during service. Please let us know in your client portal about any dogs that may be aggressive or need special handling. If a dog poses a safety concern, we’ll skip the visit and reschedule when it’s safe.
Will I know when you’re coming?
Yes. We’ll notify you roughly one hour before arrival. Arrival times can vary as we optimize our route, so we’re unable to guarantee an exact time of day.
